Organational Experience:
- Co-founded Bal Yoga Mitra Mandal under Patronage of Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati, Bihar School of Yoga. More than 80000 Children across the nation were taught by trained Student Yoga teachers during his tenure from 1995-2004.
- Founded Psychographic Society in 2004 dedicated to the cause of Counselling of Students and Parents. More than 50000 students have been counselled in group, 800 students have undergone psychometric testing / One year or Two-year Pre-Counselling and Rank Counselling Program.
- Established Psychographic Society Career Counselling Centre in 2013 in city canter, club Road, Ranchi as first guidance and testing canter for students and Parents. It was inaugurated by Prof M J Xavier, Director-IIM. The Counselling Centre at City Centre Club Road is Ranchi’s Top Destination for Career Counselling & Personal Counselling.

Achievements:
Hosted congregation of more than 16000 children addressed by H.E. Dr A P J Abdul Kalaam in Munger on 14 th February,2004 under the tutelage of Swami Niranjananada Saraswati, Bihar School of yoga.
Conducted Research on 702 children on “Development of human personality from Childhood onwards”. It was presented in UNESCO by Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati.
Represented Bihar Yoga Bharti, World’s first Yoga University in NCERT.
Contributed in World renowned book “Yoga Education for Children” edited by Swami Arundhati, Canada.
Awarded 2nd Prize in Delhi Inter Zone Debate Competition by Lt Governor of Delhi.
Awarded God Medal in M.A. (Yoga Psychology) by Prof Ramashray Yadav, Vice Chancellor, Bhagalpur University.
